These Terms of Service govern your use of waraqahcenter.com and any print order you place with Waraqah. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Placing an Order
When you submit an order, you're asking us to print the files and quantities you've specified. Please double-check your files and order details before submitting — we print what you send us.
Pricing & Estimates
Prices shown during checkout are estimates based on the details you provide. The final price is confirmed by our staff once we've reviewed your files, and may change if your files differ from what was described — for example, page count or paper size.
Payment
We currently accept cash on pickup and InstaPay transfer. We don't process card payments through the website, and we will never ask for your card number, PIN, or bank password online.
Your Files & Content
You're responsible for the content you upload. Please don't upload anything you don't have the right to print, or anything illegal — we may decline to print files that raise these concerns.
Changes & Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, please reach out to us as soon as possible — ideally before we've started printing. Once printing has begun, we may not be able to make changes or offer a refund.
Turnaround Time
Any turnaround time we mention is an estimate, not a guarantee, and can vary depending on order volume, file complexity, and printer availability.
Pickup
Orders are for pickup at our store. We'll let you know by email when your order is ready. Please bring your order number when you collect it.
Refunds
If something goes wrong on our end — a printing error or a mistake in fulfilling your order — let us know and we'll make it right. Beyond that, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.
Limitation of Liability
We aim to get every order right, but Waraqah is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from delays or errors beyond our reasonable control.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Egypt.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use our services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
