When you place an order, we collect the information you provide directly: your name, phone number, email address, the files you upload for printing, and details about your order such as the service, quantity, and any notes. If you choose to pay by InstaPay, we ask you to confirm the transfer details, but we do not process or store any card or bank account numbers.
How We Use Your Information
We use this information to prepare and fulfill your print order, to keep you updated on its status by email, and to contact you if we have questions about your files or order. We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell your personal information to anyone.
Your Uploaded Files
Files you upload remain yours. We use them only to produce your print order, and access is limited to the staff preparing your job. You're responsible for making sure you have the right to print anything you upload.
Sharing Your Information
We don't share your personal information with third parties except the service providers that help us run Waraqah — for example, the email provider we use to send order status updates. These providers only receive what they need to do that job.
How Long We Keep Your Information
We keep order details and uploaded files for as long as needed to complete your order and for reasonable record-keeping afterward. If you'd like us to delete your information sooner, contact us in-store and we'll do our best to accommodate that.
Cookies & Local Storage
We use minimal local storage to remember your language preference (English or Arabic). We don't use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no online service can guarantee complete security.
