What file types can I upload?
PDF, Word, PowerPoint, or Excel documents, plus PNG, JPEG, or WEBP images — up to 50MB per file.
How long does an order take?
Most orders are ready the same day. 24 hours is our maximum turnaround for standard jobs.
How do I pay?
Cash on pickup, or InstaPay — send the transfer and upload a screenshot as proof when you submit your order.
Can I track my order?
Yes — save your order number at checkout and check its status anytime on our Track Order page.
What sizes can you print?
Everything from A4 documents up to 110cm wide-format prints on our Canon plotter, plus A2/A3 posters.
